South Holland Business Awards: Sponsor Spotlight

South Holland Business Awards: Sponsor Spotlight

The South Holland Business Awards will be taking place on 14th November at the Springfields Events & Conference Centre in Spalding, celebrating the excellent businesses in the South Holland region.

An event of this size would not be possible without the support of the local business community. We shine a spotlight on those who help make the awards a reality through their sponsorship efforts.

Duncan & Toplis are a vocal supporter of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce through their patronage. They are sponsoring the Business Innovation Award this year, as they have done in previous years.

Alistair Main, director at Duncan & Toplis said: “We’re passionate about supporting businesses in our communities, so sponsoring the South Holland Business Awards and similar key events in the Lincolnshire business calendar is a vital part of our mission at Duncan & Toplis.

“The South Holland Business Awards shine a light on the great work that local business is doing across a wide range of industries and sectors. It’s important to champion local businesses and the awards are a wonderful way for everyone to take a moment to reflect on their achievements and look forward to a future of success.

Another returning sponsor of the South Holland Business Awards is University Academy Holbeach, who are again sponsoring the Apprentice of the Year.

Tasmin Chapman-Malkin, Apprenticeship Manager at University Academy Holbeach, said: “As an ever-growing local training provider, whose main aim is to offer a vocational route for students leaving school from the age of 16, it is very important to the Academy that we sponsor this award each year.

“Many of our own full-time members of staff have grown through the Apprenticeship route, this gives us an insight on how important an Apprentice can be to the growth of a thriving business. We will continue to support the South Holland Business Awards and this important award for the local community.”

Award entries are now closed, and we look forward to handing out trophies in the following categories:

  • Apprentice of the Year – sponsored by University Academy Holbeach
  • Business Person of the Year – sponsored by South Holland District Council
  • Supporting the Community – sponsored by Welland Power
  • Customer Care – sponsored by Ringrose Law
  • Business Innovation – sponsored by Duncan & Toplis
