The last position Eve held before joining the Chamber was Vice Consul, Trade & Investment and Sector Specialist at the British Embassy, Washington DC.
Eve is the International Trade Coach for Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, providing members with intensive support aimed at helping businesses make the first steps into new markets.

Helen Molloy, Partner specialising in Employment and Commercial law, Shakespeare Martineau
Helen has over 17 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of clients and sectors, focusing on employment/HR and, more recently, commercial contract matters, including high value cross border contracts.
Being a former Group General Counsel and HR Director, Helen understands exactly what it is to be an integral part of the business. Negotiating commercial contracts so that they are specifically tailored to the needs of the business, including long term strategy and risk appetite, and to also be directly involved and dealing with reorganisations/restructures as well as conducting disciplinary, grievance and redundancy hearings.
Her in house cross border experience extends to contract negotiations with businesses in China, Indonesia, Africa, Canada, America, Brazil, Europe and Russia.
She is also familiar with compliance matters when dealing with customers in such jurisdictions (more specifically Anti-Bribery & Corruption), having had oversight and responsibility for such internal processes when in house.
As a former GGC & HRD, Helen also had legal oversight of both a UK and US business, which means she was exposed to and dealt with various legal and HR matters in both jurisdictions on a day to day basis.
