Need a meeting room in Lincoln?

Whether you need a meeting room for an informal catch-up, board meetings or training workshops, here at Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce we have light, spacious and air-conditioned rooms located in uphill Lincoln available for hire for members and non-members.

Take advantage of ample free car parking, as well as having full use of a waiting area located in our friendly reception that can be used for guests in-between appointments.

Our meeting room can seat up to six, and our modern boardroom can seat up to 16!

Facilities are fully accessible on all floors of the building.

COVID-19 safety measures

With the world upside down, it might be hard to know how to approach booking a room in another building but please don’t worry – we make sure it is COVID safe for you and your guests!

This includes:

– A thorough cleaning of the room and furniture before and after use
– Hand sanitiser, disinfectant spray and anti bacterial wipes available for your use
– If you would prefer chairs at social distance, please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate the amount of people you want to host

We also recommend you wear face coverings upon entering the building and in communal areas such as corridors and toilets. Once you are in your meeting room you may take them off – this is up to your discretion.
