Redundancy Support for Employers and Employees

Many Lincolnshire businesses are currently in the difficult situation of considering, or having to make, redundancies.

Due to the financial difficulties around COVID-19 and the impact of both national and local restrictions, you may have to make some staff members redundant.

You may be wondering:

– What are the HR processes?

–  How do you calculate redundancy pay?

– How do you inform your employees?

– What support is available to you as a business, and to the redundant employee?

Let us support your business, and help the employee you are having to let go.
