Welcome to the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce Coronavirus HR Support Forum

We have introduced this Forum working with the Greater Lincolnshire LEP and its Growth Hub in response to a plea from local businesses that are struggling to access all the answers they need.

During the Coronavirus outbreak, businesses are having to deal with unprecedented issues and we have been inundated with questions about HR.

As your Chamber of Commerce, we want to ensure you can get the help you need during this difficult time. With the support from some of our members, we are able to offer HR Support to Lincolnshire businesses.

Redundancy Support

Jobcentre Plus will provide support and advice to employers and employees in redundancy situations through its Rapid Response Service.

Support could include:

– helping people facing redundancy to write CVs and find jobs
– providing general information about benefits
– helping people to find the right training and learn new skills
– helping with costs like travel to work expenses
