This initial diagnostic consultation will be used to start to identify how your systems and processes can be reviewed, updated and refreshed in order to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
All elements of the consultation will remain strictly confidential, unless agreed otherwise, with the free element being limited to a maximum of 60-minutes. This should be more than sufficient to start to address the main area/s of concern, providing any supporting information is made available when requested.
An outline Action Plan will be produced, based on the outputs of the diagnostic consultation, which can be explored further and in more detail by separate agreement.
