ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events which have been designed to support businesses and their staff through the current Coronavirus crisis and beyond. Funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G)
Dates & times
This workshop is split into two parts, so you will be required to attend both days.
Wednesday 30th June 10:00am – 12:00pm
Thursday 1st July 10:00am – 12:00pm
Performance management helps you ensure your business goals are met and your employees are on the same page.
But how do you ensure line managers are able to address poor performances, or differentiate between attitude and skill or knowledge gaps?
And with many working from home, it can be hard to manage performance remotely.
During this FREE two-part workshop, Michelle Johnson of PCW Consulting Group will discuss all the above and provide organisations of all sizes with tips and tools to manage employee performance.
You will be able to ask Michelle your questions directly and raise points you would like to learn more about.
Who is this workshop for?
We encourage directors, business leaders and line managers to attend this workshop.
Whether you have one person working for you or hundreds, every business can benefit from reviewing their performance management processes.
You will learn:
– What is performance management?
– What is the role of the line manager?
– Tools for effective performance management
– How to manage capability and absence
– ‘Real life’ working examples
– How to manage performance remotely (Homeworkers)
– How can we manage poor attitude?
– How can we manage performance through periods of change?
– Review of personal experiences
