The Covid-19 crisis is the ultimate test of leadership, in this extraordinarily stressful time, the value of great leadership is being demonstrated every day. 

Since the start of the pandemic in March businesses leaders and their teams have had to face different waves of challenges, from the initial lockdown, to rebuilding and recovery and now anticipating coming out of the third lockdown.

A key focus for us is Leadership and Wellbeing and since March 2020 we have sought to find ways to develop the resources we have both internally and those from within the expertise of our membership. This has led to a series of webinars within our ChamberConnect series that have sought to provide help and support in the current environment.
