But how do you ensure line managers are able to address poor performances, or differentiate between attitude and skill or knowledge gaps?
And with many working from home, it can be hard to manage performance remotely.
During this FREE two-part workshop, Michelle Johnson of PCW Consulting Group will discuss all the above and provide organisations of all sizes with tips and tools to manage employee performance.
You will be able to ask Michelle your questions directly and raise points you would like to learn more about.

About Michelle Johnson, Head of Organisational Design & Development at PCW Consulting Group
Michelle is a neuro linguistic practitioner coach with a degree in psychosocial sciences, enabling her to help business leaders to truly speak their minds and open up about any business concerns.
With 15 years in organisational strategy and HR, Michelle has previously held senior roles at Morrisons, Laing O’Rourke, Kier Group and worked in professional services.

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
