Entries are open for the 2025 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards

Entries are now open for the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards, an awards ceremony that champions and celebrates the industry across Greater Lincolnshire.

Taking place on 6th February 2025, businesses working in the sector across Greater Lincolnshire are eligible to apply for an award giving them the opportunity to be recognised for their contribution to Lincolnshire’s multimillion-pound construction and property industry.

The awards are calling for applications across eight categories, including: Residential Project, Employer of the Year, and Apprentice/Graduate of the Year and nominations will close at midnight on 25th October 2024.

The awards are free to enter, businesses can enter more than one project and you don’t have to be a member of the Chamber to apply.

The categories up for nomination are:

Apprentice/Graduate of the Year

Development Project of the Year (Under £5million)

Development Project of the Year (Over £5milllion)

Residential Project of the Year (under £300,000 plus VAT)

Residential Project of the Year (over £300,000 plus VAT)

Client Advisor of the Year

Design Consultant of the Year

Employer of the Year

Simon Beardsley, CEO of Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce said:
