ChamberConnect: Director Development – Engage your Team in Changing Times Workshop

Become a better managing director and learn how to engage your team with this FREE course.

Funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G) and presented by Charles Barnascone of Infinite Possibilities

Dates & times

This workshop is split into four parts, so you will be required to attend all days. You will only be required to register once for all 4 days and the Zoom link you receive will work for all four dates.

Wednesday 7th April – 9:30am – 12:30pm
Wednesday 14th April  – 9:30am – 12:30pm
Wednesday 21st April – 9:30am – 12:30pm
Wednesday 28th April – 9:30am – 12:30pm

We face unprecedented times with people working remotely and employee engagement being more critical than ever before.

Being able to consistently cope with the sales you have is the pressing problem. The objective of this course is to equip you as a director or senior manager with the skills and confidence you need to engage your team fully to achieve your growth goals.

4 sections are covered over the 4 half day online sessions:

Setting the Destination – Developing Vision & Values Leadership

Planning & Direction – Dealing with Obstacle to Engagement and Growth

People Management Approaches – Fully Engaging your employees,

Developing the Team – maintaining momentum

These 4 sessions will be structured to mirror stages within a business development process. Put the knowledge of what you have learnt to the test through discussions and exercises. This approach grounds the business development process in practicality, and ensures that the material covered will be used immediately, and that the process begun during the training can be sustained when you return to apply them within your business environment.

Testimonials

“It’s been highly motivating and inspiring. I would definitely recommend the programme to others.

I was optimistic that something good would come out of attending the programme but I had no idea that my level of motivation would be as great or that I would learn so much; in that respect, it has been a phenomenal experience.”

Craig Harbron – Bennett Engineering

“Having enjoyed working with Charles before on other courses in a face to face environment, I think the change in circumstances that has forced the course to be delivered via Zoom has worked very well.

The range of topics tackled by the course is extensive and it has really helped me gain a useful insight into areas of my company that I previously thought did not need to concern me.

As a whole I would say that undertaking this course has had a tangible impact on the way I operate within the Senior Management structure, but also with my direct reports and team members.”
