R G Carter continues to build a strong future in Lincolnshire

Construction firm, R G Carter, has celebrated a successful year of projects in Lincolnshire, by expanding to a new office at Lincoln Business Park.

The company, which has been operating in the area for over ten years, has seen turnover in the county increase by 20% over the last five years, with the move aimed at cementing the future growth of the business.

Operations Manager, Neal Wheatley, believes now was the right time to move to a larger premise, he said: “This is an exciting new chapter for R G Carter. The move underlines our commitment to growth and expansion in the county as we look to integrate further into the business community, building stronger relationships with new and existing clients.”

The move comes after the firm completed several notable building projects across Lincolnshire including the award-winning International Bomber Command Centre, the EPIC Centre at the Lincolnshire Showground and the county’s first Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, the Hartsholme Centre. Projects most recently delivered include the 127-bedroom hotel for Travelodge, on TenterCroft Street, Lincoln and large-scale fire improvement works at Lincoln County Hospital.

Working with local organisations such as Lincoln Construction Career College, R G Carter hopes to inspire the next generation of builders and engineers by providing live industry experience on projects locally.
