Read MoreLincolnshire County Council, Waldeck Consulting and YMD Boon Ltd were just some of last night’s (1st February 2024) winners at the seventh annual Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards.
Almost 300 people gathered to celebrate the Construction and Property sector in Lincolnshire, with the prestigious awards ceremony taking place at the Doubletree by Hilton in Lincoln.
Guests arrived at the black-tie event, sponsored by Willmott Dixon, and were welcomed by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce team and popular comedian Lloyd Griffith. Lloyd had the audience on the edge of their seats as he entertained everyone with some impressive jokes, comedy and singing, alongside a game of Steep Hill (our own version of Heads or Tails) raising money for our Charity of the Year, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.
Guests also enjoyed a delicious three-course meal prepared by the skilled chefs at the DoubleTree by Hilton. With the table wine flowing and an atmosphere filled with high spirits and laughter, the evening was a resounding success for all!

Héloïse Evans, Head of Marketing, Communications, Policies, and Events at the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce spoke about the evening saying:
“We experienced another truly delightful evening last night celebrating the outstanding projects happening across Lincolnshire. This awards night was a brilliant opportunity to recognise excellence in the Construction and Property industries within our county, showcasing remarkable projects, innovations, and forward-thinking companies.
“We are delighted to see the growth of these awards each year and as the standards of nominations continues to increase, it proves more challenging to select just one winner amongst the future-industry leaders and multi-million-pound projects.
“We look forward to seeing everyone at next year’s awards, which are promising to be even bigger and better! Save the date - 6th February 2025.”
Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, the awards judges and steering group would like to thank all the sponsors for their generosity and everyone else involved who helped make the prestigious awards night a success. Images of the night can be found here.
