TCF Group’s Lincpak extends by 10,000 square feet

Contract packing and filling specialist Lincpak has secured planning permission to revamp and upgrade their Caistor premises with a 10,000 sq ft extension.

The new space will provide the growing company with much-needed additional storage space and allow them to invest in a state-of-the-art 8-tonne mixing vessel, increasing production capacity and streamlining their services.

The plans also include the addition of a modern reception space as well as two additional meeting rooms, welcoming clients back into a professional environment.

Liam Chapman, CEO of TCF Group, said: “When we invested in Lincpak as a start-up in 2020, we did not anticipate the growth we’ve experienced being achieved in such a short period of time. The plans proposed are a result of the dedication and drive of our team that are pushing Lincpak as an industry leader in the copacking sector.”

The investment by TCF Group, Lincpak’s parent company, will create new jobs for the area across their warehouse, mixing and production lines, bringing a welcome boost to the local economy.

Liam added: “As a result of the expansion, we have brought forward our plans for additional businesses to be incorporated at the site with further investment provided for new and exciting product launches.”

Lincpak Operations Director, Luke Chapman, says the extension will allow the company to expand into new industries. “It’s a really exciting time for the business, as it means we can bring in new equipment and store a larger volume and range of product. It also gives us the opportunity to work with new clients and fulfil much larger orders, putting Caistor on the map and Lincpak at the forefront of the industry.”

The plans are currently being finalised, and it’s hoped that building work will commence within the next few months.
