Stirlin expands portfolio with new contract secured for Kedleston Group

Stirlin is delighted to announce it has been awarded a new contract for Kedleston Group, working in partnership with their valued client, Cynergi.

The project marks an exciting expansion in Stirlin‘s portfolio, as it ventures into a new sector and a new location.

Kedleston Group are specialist providers of autism, SEMH, and individual additional needs schools and children’s homes throughout England.

Having previously worked with Stirlin on a recent commercial project at Leafbridge Business Park, architecture firm, Cynergi, appointed Stirlin as main contractor to carry out the expansion and refurbishment of one of Kedleston Group’s established educational centres: Arc School Ansley, in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

The school provides a safe learning environment for children and young people with educational, social and emotional needs associated with autism.

The project will involve the construction of two contemporary classrooms, alongside external play areas, and comprehensive refurbishments to the existing building. Commencing on the 25th of July, the ambitious undertaking is set to be completed within a 20-week timeframe, executed under a design and build contract.

Stirlin is an award-winning contractor based in Lincoln, with extensive experience in delivering projects across a variety of sectors. With over 15 years in business, Stirlin has developed a growing reputation for its quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Howard Griffith, Head of Construction at Stirlin says, “We are thrilled to be working with Cynergi and Kedleston Group on enhancing this important educational facility. The project represents a significant milestone for Stirlin and highlights our capabilities to deliver excellence in a wide variety of sectors, which we aim to strengthen even further in the years to come.

“Moreover, this milestone marks a momentous shift for us as we open our doors to external contracts, after years of exclusively serving private clients and joint venture partners. The move signifies our commitment to broadening horizons and exploring exciting new projects with external clients.”

Paul Brosnan, CEO of Kedleston Group says “The need for high quality specialist education of the kind provided at Arc School Ansley continues to grow. We are delighted to be working alongside Stirlin on this exciting project which will allow us to both enhance the facilities at the school and offer much-needed additional places for young people with special educational needs.”

The project marks the first of many new ventures in the pipeline for Stirlin as it embraces new opportunities and collaborations.
