Stirlin appointed to deliver new business park in Saxilby

Lincolnshire construction contractor, Stirlin, has been appointed to deliver a new commercial development at Enterprise West Lindsey in Saxilby for a private client. The scheme will create a flexible mix of industrial, office and warehouse accommodation designed to appeal to a wide range of businesses, further strengthening Enterprise West Lindsey as an established commercial destination. Stirlin has been instructed to deliver the project in phases, beginning with foundations for Units 1-18, followed by site-wide drainage works. Construction of Units 1-8 will then progress first, with the remaining units planned for a later phase. Located within Saxilby’s established commercial district, Enterprise West Lindsey is already home to a growing business community, including AMS and LincFrame Roof Trusses, for whom Stirlin previously delivered a new 18,000 sqft headquarters. The latest scheme marks another important step in the continued growth of the site and reflects ongoing demand for high-quality, flexible commercial space in the area. James Kirby, Owner of Stirlin, said: “We’re delighted to have been appointed to deliver this next phase of development at Enterprise West Lindsey. Commercial and industrial construction has always been a core part of what we do since day one and this scheme is a great example of how flexible, well-designed space can support businesses at different stages of growth. We’re looking forward to working closely with the client and seeing the development take shape over the coming months. “We would encourage any businesses considering new premises to get in touch with us at an early stage, as we expect demand for the units to be strong.” A spokesperson for the client, Montgomery Holdings, said: “We’re really pleased to be moving forward with Meridian Park and to see the plans for the site starting to become a reality. Enterprise West Lindsey felt like the right location for the scheme, with a strong business community already established in Saxilby and good access to the surrounding area.” Having already dealt with Stirlin through the land sale, we knew the team and had confidence in their experience, so appointing them as contractor felt like a natural next step.” We’re looking forward to seeing the development take shape and creating a mix of industrial, office and warehouse space that will appeal to a range of growing businesses.” With Stirlin now appointed, the project is set to progress through the first stages of construction, with further updates to follow as works advance on site.
