A unique collaboration
The Quality Food & Drink Awards, and the Co-op which provide an industry leading platform for small producers to fly their flag, the Quality Food Awards showcase their passion, ideas, innovation and creativity behind their products.
We have just launched the awards and are now open for entries. We have partnered with both A Taste of Anglia and the Artisan Food Trail, and would be delighted to do the same with yourselves.
Standard entry into the awards is £464+VAT, but we heavily subsidise this cost for small producers, meaning they only pay £125+VAT per entry. They enter their product(s) into any of the relevant Quality Food Awards, and have the opportunity to be judged alongside the big brands and players within the industry. We work in close partnership with the Co-op, and those products which stand out in the crowd, are then put forward into the Small Producer Awards where they have the opportunity to present their products in a ‘dragons den’ style presentation at The Atrium in Co-op Head Offices in Manchester. From those products, a winner will be chosen within each category, and an overall Gold Winner; all of which will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at The Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane on November 1st.
There are some fantastic benefits on offer for the finalists and winners which are highlighted and explained in more detail in the Entry Brochure. Here you can also find a complete breakdown of the entry process.
Please do take a look on our newly launched website uk.qualityfoodawards.com to familiarise yourself with the awards programme and see just exactly why being part of the process really can be an incredible opportunity. Last year’s Gold Winner is currently preparing for launch in the Co-op later this year; Yossi Classic Falafel; so keep your eyes peeled for his incredible success story which we shall be publishing on the website shortly!
