Survey launch – How has HR coped during the coronavirus pandemic?

Roythornes Solicitors has launched a short survey looking at how HR teams have coped with issues during the last few months and what challenges they face as we return to the new ‘normal’.

As well as dealing with the fast pace of changing legislation such as the introduction of the furlough scheme, HR teams have had to deal with isolating staff, home working and premises closures.  Going back raises another range of issues including social distancing at work, flexible working requests and possibly a whole change to business models.

The survey aims to gain a snapshot of what those with responsibility for employees are thinking, and how they consider their role to be changing post-pandemic.

The survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HRBTW0620
