New e-learning platform launched to enhance workplace wellness

Dealing with a global pandemic has made many employers think about the wellbeing, stress levels and resilience of their employees.

For anyone wanting to learn more about these issues, either at an individual level or an organisational level, POHP Limited has today launched a new e-learning platform, POHP learning.

The creation of POHP learning is part of a drive to offer psychologically informed, evidence based knowledge & tools to businesses small or large. Modules are suitable for all employees, with optional lessons specifically designed for leaders who would like to consider organisational level interventions.

“POHP learning will give employees the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of a range of wellness topics, along with practical tools & strategies that can immediately be applied.” Director of POHP Ltd, Roz Williams said. “The modules are easily digestible, encourage reflective practice and will prove an invaluable resource for any employers looking to enhance the wellbeing of their team.”

As wellbeing is such a vital issue, POHP learning has made this module available as an early release. A resilience module is currently in testing and will be released in the next few weeks. Modules on individual stress and dealing with workplace stress (for HR managers) will follow by spring.

The wellbeing module covers the following:

-Introduction to wellbeing
-Assessing your wellbeing
-Understanding your wellbeing
-Enhancing your wellbeing
-Enhancing wellbeing (optional module for leaders)

POHP learning is a low cost, subscription based platform. Visit POHP learning to find out more.
