About LWR Group
LW Renovation Group Ltd (LWR) is a Lincoln-based property maintenance and refurbishment company working across Lincoln and Lincolnshire. We give landlords, letting agents, homeowners and commercial clients one contractor for the whole job, instead of chasing five different trades to get a property finished. Our directly employed Lincoln team covers painting and decorating, flooring supplied and fitted, plaster repairs and damp aftercare, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, guttering, pressure washing, gardening and commercial grounds maintenance, end-of-tenancy and commercial cleaning, house and property clearance, and full rental refurbishments. Damp and mould surveys and EPCs are carried out in-house. Electrical and gas work is arranged and managed through our approved network of certified contractors. We carry £5m public liability and £5m employers' liability insurance, and hold a 5.0 rating on Google.
