Based in the UK Food Valley (Holbeach), FKS is using black soldier fly biology to transform roughly 40,000 tonnes of local food waste each year into high-value products, including insect protein for animal and pet nutrition, bio-oil, and frass and biopolymers such as chitin for soil health and other applications.

Working with such national bodies, Fairman Knight & Sons is working to empower the Government to align UK Insect Feed regulations with Europe with much more confidence.
