ChamberConnect: How Data Science and Data Analytics can Drive Business Outcomes

ChamberConnect is a series of interactive virtual events to help you bounce back stronger by upskilling your people – from senior management to junior staff. Funded by Collaboration 4 Growth (C4G)

It is often said that data is the most important asset an organisation can have. So why not maximise the potential of the data you already have and gather?

Attendees from all organisations regardless of sector, size, turnover or experience will get a clear overview of what data analytics and data science is, and how it can help YOUR business.

Graham Harrison will show you how your business can benefit from data analytics and data science to drive sales, work more efficiently and productively, improve customer retention and much more – the sky is the limit!

The Knowledge Ladder strongly believes that barriers to adopting and leveraging data analytics and data science can and must be swept aside to enable equitable access to technologies and approaches that can make a real difference to organisational impact and outcomes.

Learning Outcomes:

– The potential benefits of using data analytics and data science.

– A breakdown of some of the terminology and jargon and what it all means.

– Data biases and decision traps – what they are and the risks they pose.

– Some examples of the types of project that can be undertaken.
