About the presenter
Mike Basketter is co-founding Director at CRM Insights Ltd based in Peterborough.
Prior to the company being formed five years ago , Mike held several MD roles specialising in, Data, CRM , eCommerce, Membership Services, Marketing and Business Strategy.
CRM Insights works with clients throughout the UK, Europe and in the USA in a variety of market sectors.
They also have a highly skilled in-house software development team to enhance and support the delivery of CRM projects.

This is a FREE workshop for all businesses, however priority will be given to those businesses in the eligible Collaboration 4 Growth areas of West Lindsey, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven.
Only businesses who are both operating and registered within Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey are eligible to receive up to 12 hours of business support at no cost thanks to the project funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
