Build for the Future: East Midlands (previously called Construction, Property, Heritage and Trade Exhibition) event is back for 2021 and here to connect businesses together within the construction, property, sustainability, heritage and trade services.
Returning for the second time the event will be taking place on Thursday 16th September 2021 at Lincolnshire Showground.
We are delighted to this year be partnering up with Heritage Lincolnshire and Archaeological Project Services to make it bigger and better, increasing the reach and attracting new prospective delegates to attend!
2020 had over 40 exhibitors from across the industry, and hundreds of delegates visiting on the day to look around, network and listen to a full talks programme. 2021’s is already exceeding this and will be double the size!
2021’s event will showcase four zones; Heritage, Construction, Property Services and Adaption to Climate Change, where industry professionals will be exhibiting throughout the day for you to connect and network with.
A full talk and seminar programme will also be on throughout the day to assist in those CPD elements and giving some helpful insights into the different sectors.

Why are we holding this Exhibition?
With the current economic climate affecting the industry and the uncertainty of Brexit and now post-Covid, we wanted to bring businesses together in the East Midlands area to facilitate collaborative working, using local services and like-minded business people.
Many small organisations have great assets and a strong, highly qualified and dedicated team. However due to budget constraints this isn’t always reflected in their marketing. It does not mean that they are unable to do the job, or are less skilled, purely that they cannot shout about what they do as loudly as others!
How many other businesses are in the same position?
We want to put as many businesses as possible on a level playing field, to showcase what their qualities and services are, and how we can all work together.
