As a management board member, Mark will help Duncan & Toplis, which is now the thirtieth largest accountancy group in the UK, implement significant changes as part of its 2025 Vision looking forward to the 100th anniversary of the practice.

Managing director Adrian Reynolds said: “Mark is an excellent addition to the management board, bringing years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the company to the table to ensure Duncan & Toplis maintains and advances its position as a leader in our industry.”

Following his appointment, Mark said: “I’m delighted to have been elected to the management board and to have the support and confidence of the Duncan & Toplis team.

“Joining the management board means I’ll be able to directly contribute to the operational management and strategic objectives of the company and learn from the existing members of the board at this exciting time for the business.

“I look forward to helping the team continue to deliver the excellent service that we provide our clients as we approach the enormous milestone of our 100th anniversary in just a few years.”
