Custodia Continuity

Suddenly working remotely, but is your data secure? Free audit offer

It’s a worrying time to be running a business – Coronavirus is threatening global shutdowns and everyone is unsure over what they should be doing to protect their customers, their staff and themselves.

The advice to send your workforce to work from home is excellent, but the challenges of redeploying your colleagues can be significant, as are the consequences of getting it wrong. The potential for data being misplaced or stolen along the way is high – one lost thumb drive, an insecure network or maybe just a toddler spilling a drink on a laptop!

Custodia offer first class support to create safe working environments online, ultra-secure backups and storage of your essential data, continuity planning to make sure nothing takes you by surprise and of course, we manage the much needed data-protection to reassure your clients that they (and their data) are safe doing business with you.

We are offering a free advice service to Chamber members to guide and support you to successfully move staff to working remotely and to advise you regarding your security and continuity.

If you then decide you would like us to work with you, we are offering a 40% discount on all our products and fees to ensure you can stay safe in these trying times, without breaking the (already stretched) bank.

Give us a call and let us provide some free advice and guidance to help you stay secure, and to take the worry out of the next steps to take to keep your company safely in business.

CPD Consultancy

We believe that a person who has seen their income reduced/ disappear deserves access to support as much as a person who needs to lead/ work differently, whilst coping with unprecedented demand on themselves and their organisation.

If we can balance the necessity of £££ with ‘adding value’ where it’s needed; take a chance on people; work together and share the load then we truly believe that more of us will come through this and we will Thrive Together.

We want to do the right thing in spite of what’s happening, so stay safe, stay well and please keep thriving!

We have put together packages to help local businesses in need:

Emergency Thrive Package

– Executive, personal and/ or team coaching

– Thrive Sprints- setting up people-led rapid improvement

– Development programmes around leadership, mindset, resilience

– People/ HR consultancy expertise

– Innovative Lumina Spark/ Lumina Emotion psychometric tool, to understand how you react when over-extended.

We will agree what’s in your personalised Emergency Thrive Package (need) alongside what’s fair (levels of demand for CPD’ers.) There will be no expectation to pay at this point.

Top-Up Thrive Package

Alternatively, are you a business owner/ leader affected by COVID-19 in terms of unprecedented demand (e.g. supermarkets, health & social care), and right now your people need support?

If so, we (CPD) are offering to work with you to provide the services detailed above in a way that is right for you. Your Top-Up Thrive Package will be there to keep you going. We will agree what’s in the package (need) and levels of demand on CPD’ers. And then we will start delivering without delay.
