We believe that a person who has seen their income reduced/ disappear deserves access to support as much as a person who needs to lead/ work differently, whilst coping with unprecedented demand on themselves and their organisation.
If we can balance the necessity of £££ with ‘adding value’ where it’s needed; take a chance on people; work together and share the load then we truly believe that more of us will come through this and we will Thrive Together.
We want to do the right thing in spite of what’s happening, so stay safe, stay well and please keep thriving!
We have put together packages to help local businesses in need:
Emergency Thrive Package
– Executive, personal and/ or team coaching
– Thrive Sprints- setting up people-led rapid improvement
– Development programmes around leadership, mindset, resilience
– People/ HR consultancy expertise
– Innovative Lumina Spark/ Lumina Emotion psychometric tool, to understand how you react when over-extended.
We will agree what’s in your personalised Emergency Thrive Package (need) alongside what’s fair (levels of demand for CPD’ers.) There will be no expectation to pay at this point.
Top-Up Thrive Package
Alternatively, are you a business owner/ leader affected by COVID-19 in terms of unprecedented demand (e.g. supermarkets, health & social care), and right now your people need support?
If so, we (CPD) are offering to work with you to provide the services detailed above in a way that is right for you. Your Top-Up Thrive Package will be there to keep you going. We will agree what’s in the package (need) and levels of demand on CPD’ers. And then we will start delivering without delay.

Suddenly working remotely, but is your data secure? Free audit offer
It’s a worrying time to be running a business – Coronavirus is threatening global shutdowns and everyone is unsure over what they should be doing to protect their customers, their staff and themselves.
The advice to send your workforce to work from home is excellent, but the challenges of redeploying your colleagues can be significant, as are the consequences of getting it wrong. The potential for data being misplaced or stolen along the way is high – one lost thumb drive, an insecure network or maybe just a toddler spilling a drink on a laptop!
Custodia offer first class support to create safe working environments online, ultra-secure backups and storage of your essential data, continuity planning to make sure nothing takes you by surprise and of course, we manage the much needed data-protection to reassure your clients that they (and their data) are safe doing business with you.
We are offering a free advice service to Chamber members to guide and support you to successfully move staff to working remotely and to advise you regarding your security and continuity.
If you then decide you would like us to work with you, we are offering a 40% discount on all our products and fees to ensure you can stay safe in these trying times, without breaking the (already stretched) bank.
Give us a call and let us provide some free advice and guidance to help you stay secure, and to take the worry out of the next steps to take to keep your company safely in business.Contact Custodia
DBS Internet Marketing Offering FREE Website and Internet Marketing Support to Lincolnshire Businesses During Pandemic
How businesses perform online over the next few weeks and months could make a huge difference to their future.
That is why we are sending out a series of free, regular articles offering marketing tips and advice to help get through the crisis, which you can sign up for here, and which are written especially for this situation. The articles are completely free, and we are writing and sending them out regularly.
We are also offering a free review of your online presence, which will be carried out by an experienced and qualified member of the DBS team who you can call and chat to on 01522 811688.
With people unable to move around freely and to visit businesses in person, the internet has suddenly become even more important than it was before. Not only is your online presence a shop window, right now it could be your only shop window.
If your business doesn’t have a strong online presence, the chances are that you are going to struggle, not just now, but when all of this is over. This situation is going to change people’s behaviours.
When reviewing your online presence, we won’t just pull an automated report on your website, instead, a human being from our team will analyse your online presence, including factors such as:
– The look and feel of your website.
– The wording on your website.
– How easy your website is to navigate.
– Whether your website is secure and mobile friendly
– How prominent you are on Google.
– What people are searching for that is relevant to you.
– Your presence on social media.
– Whether you can monitor the traffic visiting your site.
– What else you could be doing online to promote your business.
We will explain our findings on the phone with you and make suggestions and recommendations on what could be improved to give your business the best possible chance, not only in the current circumstances but also afterwards when everything gets back to normal.
It may be that small changes or a few tweaks could make a huge difference to your business. We often find that by getting us, people from outside your business, to take a look at what you’re doing, we can pick up on things that you hadn’t considered because you are so close to your own business.
So, for a free review of your online presence, give us a call today on and to receive our free tips and advice, please sign up to our newsletter.

Currently many businesses will be facing two options;
put everything on hold and just hope that the COVID-19 storm passes quickly, or adapt.
While the former is tempting, as instinct tells us to run or hide from scary situations, adapting is the only way to ensure continuity and success in the long run.
With that in mind, PCW Consulting Group’s mission is to support organisations and their people through times of transformational change.
There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
This is why PCW’s team of experienced advisors, and most of whom, have been SME founders & owners themselves, are on-hand to deliver personalised, jargon-free, high-impact solutions which are very much geared to the SME market.
PCW understands that every business is unique and will have different priorities during this time.
To help you during this difficult time, PCW offers a FREE initial consultation, with the utmost confidentiality assured.Book your FREE initial consultation
