Leadership and Wellbeing

The Covid-19 crisis is the ultimate test of leadership, in this extraordinarily stressful time, the value of great leadership is being demonstrated every day.

Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, businesses leaders and their teams have had to face different waves of challenges, from the initial lockdown, to rebuilding and recovery and contentiously awaiting news on when all restrictions will be lifted.

A key focus for us is Leadership and Wellbeing and  we have sought to find ways to develop the resources we have both internally and those from within the expertise of our membership. This has led to a series of webinars within our ChamberConnect series that have sought to provide help and support in the current environment, and you can find upcoming events below.

We have also teamed up with Lincolnshire experts to offer two hours FREE support to business leaders in Lincolnshire, with potential of 3 hours FREE support for sole traders. Find out more about this initiative here.

Further expanding on our work so far, we are working with Business Lincolnshire, to further strengthening our offering which includes:
