The Coach & Horses is a traditional village pub situated just outside Horncastle, Lincolnshire, serving a good range of real ales and delicious bar meals.

Although only a very small building, The Coach & Horses provides comfortable surroundings in which to eat, drink and socialise. It is a traditional village put with an open fire in winter, low beams (watch your head!) and brasses and plates for decoration. There are 2 pool tables and dart boards, and dominoes available. The pub has teams in the local leagues for all the above and also a quiz team.

There is a computer with internet access for customers' use and also free Wi-Fi for your own electronic devices. There is a large selection of books available to borrow or swap, or just read while enjoying a drink. Outside there is a pleasant beer garden with plenty of seating and play equipment for the children. The grounds of the pub include a 2-acre field which stretches down to the banks of the River Bain - handy for keen fishermen. The field is available for camping and caravanning - no need to drive home after testing the real ales!
Hemingby is about a mile off the A158 at Baumber, approximately halfway between Lincoln and Skegness. The Coach & Horses is the first building you will come across on the right just opposite the church.
