ChamberCustoms offers FREE export declarations for humanitarian aid

If you are sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine, we can help with the customs process in the UK.

ChamberCustoms is offering FREE one off-export declarations for goods leaving the UK for humanitarian reasons.

However, for some routes, the documentation needed is now minimal.

What we can do for you:

  • Help you understand what will need at the UK border

  • Create an export declaration (if you need one)

  • Create a GMR for the truck going out

  • Create a GMR for the empty truck returning back to the UK

  • Provide guidance on the steps to follow

  • Create an NCTS Transit entry for exiting the UK

What we will not do:

  • Import declaration in the receiving country (please note that this is currently being waived by Poland)

  • NCTS Transit declaration for crossing Europe (Note: This is currently being waived for routes through The Netherlands and France)

Guidance for what the customer may still need to do:

  • ENS in France

  • SI Brexit in France

  • Physical transportation of goods

  • Closure of Transit movement in the destination country

  • Import entry if needed
