Whether you need a small meeting room for an informal catch-up or a larger room for your board meetings or training workshops, here at Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce we have two light, spacious and air-conditioned rooms located in uphill Lincoln available for hire for members and non-members.
Take advantage of ample free car parking, as well as having full use of a waiting area located in our friendly reception that can be used for guests in-between appointments.
Facilities fully accessible on all floors of the building.
Our boardroom located at the top of the building with views of Lincoln Cathedral can seat up to 30 people and our smaller second floor meeting room can seat up to six.
Please note COVID-19 measures will be in place. We may not be able to host the usual amount of people in our rooms and we have extra measures in place – please see below for more information for each room.

With the world upside down, it might be hard to know how to approach booking a room in another building but please don’t worry – we make sure all COVID safety measures are followed!
– Setting up your booked room with chairs and tables at social distance
– A thorough cleaning of the room and furniture before and after use
– Hand sanitiser, disinfectant spray and anti bacterial wipes available for your use
– Refreshment and buffets are unfortunately currently unavailable but please feel free to bring your own
