Applications Open For Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2027!

Entries are now open for the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2027, an awards ceremony that champions and celebrates excellence across the construction and property industry in Greater Lincolnshire.

Taking place on Thursday 4 February 2027, the awards recognise the businesses, projects and individuals making an outstanding contribution to the region’s thriving construction and property sector. Open to businesses across Greater Lincolnshire, the awards are free to enter, organisations may submit entries for multiple categories, and Chamber membership is not required.

Applications are invited across 10 categories:

~ Apprentice/Graduate of the Year

~ Development Project of the Year (Under £5 Million)

~ Development Project of the Year (Over £5 Million)

~ Digital Innovation Award

~ Client Advisor of the Year

~ Design Consultant of the Year

~ Environmental Sustainability Impact of the Year

~ Retrofit and Regeneration Project of the Year

~ Social Impact Employer of the Year

~ Residential Project of the Year

The awards provide a valuable opportunity to gain recognition, celebrate success and showcase achievements within Greater Lincolnshire’s construction and property industry.
