The annual tradition sees employees nominate customers who they feel need some Christmas magic. This may be because they’re away from family this festive season and will be spending Christmas alone or have been faced with a difficult year.
Acis Group’s Area Service Manager, Jude Calvert, said: “I’ve nominated customers that I know have really struggled this year or financially. The hamper will put a smile on their face and let them know that we are thinking of them and care about our customers.”
In total, 100 hampers have been made and are being delivered to people across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
The hampers, including items such as crisps, chocolate, mince pies, selection boxes and other festive treats.
Acis Group’s Customer Engagement Coordinator, Claire Tunstall, said: “It has been another successful year delivering hampers to our customers.
“Our people from across the Group have nominated customers who might need some festive cheer this time of the year and worked together to deliver the hampers. It’s been a great team effort and opportunity to support our customers.”
