WITHAM GROUP ASKS MOTORISTS TO ‘HONK FOR FROSTY’ AND BE ROAD SAFE THIS WINTER

Witham Group have displayed a new snowman made from oil drums on the roof at Witham HQ.   Sitting high up on Outer Circle Road in Lincoln, “Frosty” is keeping an eye on passing motorists as a reminder for everyone to check their vehicles are topped up with the correct antifreeze this winter!

As well as all the usual tyre, engine oil and screenwash checks, making sure you have the right level of antifreeze ensures your vehicle engine avoids frost damage, corrosion and helps ensure reliable starts in the cold winter weather.

Witham Group’s Managing Director Nigel Bottom says “We see time and again, that antifreeze is often an invisible component for people in the smooth running of their engines. We hope to raise the awareness of the importance of ensuring all vehicles are checked thoroughly, especially in winter and different types of vehicles need different types of antifreeze.”

So, if you’re driving past, give him a honk of your horn!  #honkforfrosty
