Read MoreWestfield Health’s latest research report, ‘The future of work: what the workforce needs to thrive in the new normal’ is available to download now.
They asked 1,500 people across the UK about their future work plans and wellbeing needs. The report explores how employees feel about the future, including reactions to their employer’s approach and what they need to make the transition smoother.
While most people (89%) are happy with their proposed new way of working, there’s still a lot of nervousness about going back and people are looking for more wellbeing support from their employers.
Key findings:
– 51% of people are still nervous about the return to work
– 66% of employees want more wellbeing support from their employer
– 31% say their employer is not introducing or extending any form of flexible working
– Furloughed workers feel they’re getting the least support, 37% said they’re not offered any key workplace wellbeing initiatives
So, do you know what your employees are expecting and how they’re feeling about the future of work? You can download the report here to compare how your employee wellbeing strategy is performing against Westfield Health’s findings.
