EU Settlement Scheme – Local Support for Vulnerable EU Citizens

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire has a EU Settlement Scheme Project Team to support vulnerable EU citizens with their applications to secure their rights in the UK after June 30 2021.

What is the EU Settlement Scheme?

The EU Settlement Scheme has been introduced by the UK Home Office to ensure that EU, EEA or Swiss Citizens can easily apply for the right to continue living and working in the UK after 30th June 2021.

It is free to apply. The scheme is open and the team can help you to apply now if you are eligible.

You can also refer clients by using the online form here and they will receive a call as soon as possible (Within 5 days).

What does the project do?

The aim of the project is provide practical help and support to vulnerable EU citizens applying for ‘Settled’ or ‘Pre-settled’ status under the new EU Settlement Scheme.

The project is funded by the Home Office, who have put £9m of grant funding in place for organisations, such as this team, in order to reach and support vulnerable and at-risk people.
