The Food Industry Breakfast Seminar will take place at our Lindum North Hykeham office on Thursday, November 30. Breakfast will be available from 8am and there will be two presentations starting at 8.45am.
Alistair Cunningham from The Bank of England, will present an economic view focussed on Lincolnshire and the Food Sector and Grace Wise, of Frazer-Nash Consultancy Ltd, will talk about how knowledge can be transferred from other industries to improve efficiency in the food processing sector.
The seminar will be a great opportunity to renew old contacts and meet new people working in the exciting food manufacturing sector.
Dr Joanne Holmes, part of Lindum's Innovation team, said: “Finding out what's important to our Food Sector clients is important to us. We want our employees to understand the challenges facing the sector so that they can deliver solutions which are efficient, high quality and reliable.”
Previously, the audience at the seminars has included food sector clients and consultants from across the region and members of the media.
Richard Milton, from Micromac Filtration, has attended a previous seminar and said it was very worthwhile.
“I found it very informative and useful,” he said. “It was good to see so many people I have worked with in the past.”
