The ceremony took place at the stunning Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester, and while the trophy has our name on it, this award is really a celebration of our team – particularly the telecoms experts over at our sister company, Premier Voice & Data. This win was based on a real-life emergency where one of our clients found themselves in a tough spot. Their on-site phone system failed without warning, leaving them unable to make or receive calls.
