Strategic Promotion at Ringrose Law for David Heath

Ringrose Law is delighted to announce the recent advancement of David Heath, formerly Head of the Wills & Probate department, to Operations Director for the firm.

David, who is a Partner of Ringrose Law has been with the firm since 2005, and in that time has seen first-hand how a modern law firm has needed to adapt and change to continue to deliver first class services to customers.

David says: “I feel so privileged to be taking on this new challenge. Ringrose Law genuinely put clients at the heart of everything they do, and I want to play my part in making sure that we exceed their expectations and are ready to meet the challenges of an ever-changing landscape. I’m grateful to my business partners in placing their confidence in me.

Over the last 15 years the firm has heavily invested in new software systems and worked hard to improve efficiencies and develop systems that meet the needs of our clients.

My role is to develop these systems further that will continue to strategically lead the firm forward for the next 15 years and more.”

One project in particular the firm is working on is a new client portal system, to be launched later this year. Clients will have the option to access information quicker, ultimately improving communications and client expectations.

David will be working closely with the existing Management team, Senior Associates and Associates, other directors and department heads.

Ringrose Law will also be announcing the appointment of a new Finance Director in the Spring, who will be working closely with all the team in moving the company forward.

Paul Cooper Managing Partner at the firm welcomes the appointment;

“This is a really exciting time for Ringrose Law as we look to build on our experience and reach out for new opportunities as well as enhancing our current client base in order to strengthen our reputation as an award-winning local firm.”
