Release of Leadership 101: Don’t be Dick!

I’m ecstatic to announce that my debut book, Leadership 101: Don’t be Dick! is now available of Amazon.

The title, while admittedly being quite controversial, is a play on the irony behind the fact the the more effort you put into not being a “dick” as a manager, the easier it is to become one.

The book itself is a 9-step guide to build and maintain self-managing teams.
