Nicola is a Master Coach (MSc) who works with leaders, teams and cultures to be their best. As a coach, she specialises in working with ‘the person’ within the leadership role, helping them lead as their best version.

She helps with strong strategies to overcome barriers to truly thriving and experiencing the role and professional career they want. As a Master Coach, certified trainer of NLP and communication specialist, she trains managers and leaders to communicate in ways that enhance wellbeing and enable motivation and engagement in teams. Based in Lincoln city centre, Nicola has coached and trained 1000s of managers in every sector, and many industries.

Along with many high profile athletes and leaders of large organisations Nicola has worked internationally and in the UK with organisations such as international tea brand Pukka and Sport NGB, England Golf – helping their leaders lead as their best, and unlock cultures that can thrive.
