Looking for a fresh take on a project or an area within your business, whilst engaging talented students?
The Careers & Employability team within the University of Lincoln are seeking employer partners to take part in the next intake of our Employer Project Scheme, beginning February 2023.
Working in a client capacity, this is a rewarding and beneficial opportunity for your business to engage with groups of multi-disciplinary students and gain research, feedback, ideas, or a solution to a project brief.
Your commitment is flexible; it can be as little as 2 hours involving outlining the brief and receiving the findings at the end.
Students receive ongoing employability support and project training by the University; however clients often wish to stay in contact with the group for specific questions.
The multi-disciplinary groups of students work on the brief for 8 weeks and present their findings to the business at the end in a report, a presentation and Q&A session.
If you have a possible idea for a project or are interested in the scheme, please contact Careers & Employability Skills Co-Ordinator, Emma Parker; EParker@lincoln.ac.uk. Emma will be happy to answer any questions, support you with putting a brief together and provide more information about the whole process.
