SMEs encouraged to apply for Peer Networks Programme

SMEs in Lincolnshire are encouraged to be part of the upcoming Peer Networks Programme, which helps local entrepreneurs work together to solve common business challenges.

Peer Networks is a national, peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. Cohorts are made up of up to 11 local entrepreneurs benefitting from group coaching and 1-2-1 support.

From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you. You will meet remotely on a regular basis with your cohort and will agree between you what challenges you would like to work through.

Solve commercial challenges with your peers.

The groups will be focused on high growth business across all sectors and will kick off on Tuesday October 26th 2:00 – 5:00pm, with a women’s peer network starting on Friday 12th November 9:30 – 12:30pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any business that would benefit from 18 hours of fully funded support and 3.5 hours of individual coaching to help with their growth plans.

Eligible Companies

The programme is open to any Lincolnshire & Rutland SME that has:

– Operated for at least 1 year

– At least 5 employees

– A turnover of at least £100k

– An aspiration to improve

– The potential to scale up (desirable but not essential)

– The ability or potential to export (desirable but not essential)
