Micronclean Achieves ‘Committed’ Ecovadis Rating

Micronclean has completed its first submission to EcoVadis achieving a ‘committed’ rating, supporting our ambition to be ‘the most sustainable specialist textile and cleanroom consumable business on the planet’.

EcoVadis is one of the worlds most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings and provides scorecards for companies covering the four themes of the Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. The ‘committed‘ rating, recognises our strong sustainability performance, putting Micronclean in the top 28% of companies in our sector as rated by EcoVadis.

In addition to the ‘committed’ rating EcoVadis provided a range of recommendations on areas for improvement which will be incorporated into our Microngreen strategy.

Sophie Harris, QSHE Director at Micronclean said “Coming from one of the most trusted sustainability ratings platform providers, our EcoVadis ‘committed’ badge shows we are taking tangible strides to deliver our Microngreen Environment and Sustainability Strategy.”

“EcoVadis is a strong fit for Micronclean as it focuses on environmental, social and governance (ESG) to drive strong business ethics, and enable transparency for our customers and stakeholders, which we are committed to achieving.”
