The Blonde Beet is Stamford’s first plant-based café, bistro and community space. We bring weekly changing menus of excitingly flavoured pies, main meals, salads and cakes to the heart of Stamford’s thriving Green Quarter. With a genuine focus on sourcing ingredients seasonally, ethically and locally, we love sharing our passion for all things veg! The café has a cosy courtyard and stunning 17th century indoor seating with a great selection of local beers, ciders, gin and organic wine. So come and grab a coffee, share a lunch or linger over an evening meal.
