About Acis Group
We were established in 1999 in order to take over the ownership and management of West Lindsey District Councils rented housing stock.
Initially known as West Links Housing, in December 2000 we changed our name to Acis Group. Since then, further stock transfers from Northern Counties, Sheffield City Council, Raglan Housing and South Yorkshire Housing have taken place. We now provide 5,500 affordable homes in Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Our homes are located in towns, cities and rural villages. They include high quality homes for affordable rent, low-cost home ownership schemes and sheltered accommodation. In addition, we own and manage over 1,100 units of student accommodation in Nottingham and Sheffield, two of the country's most popular university cities.
