Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce Announces The Butterfly Hospice Trust as Charity of the Year

The Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that The Butterfly Hospice Trust has been selected as our Charity of the Year.

As part of our commitment to supporting and celebrating the incredible work of local charities, we recently hosted a Charity Roundtable, bringing together organisations from across Lincoln and beyond. This initiative provided a valuable platform for connection, collaboration, and the opportunity for charities to submit applications to become our chosen Charity of the Year.

Based in Boston, Lincolnshire, the role of The Butterfly Hospice is to provide palliative care and holistic support to patients and their families, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their compassionate approach ensures dignity and comfort for individuals during the most challenging times of their lives.

Following careful consideration, we are delighted to have selected The Butterfly Hospice Trust. Their dedication to providing compassionate care to guests and their loved ones during the most difficult times truly moved us.

Heloise Evans, Commercial Director at Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, said:

“We love supporting local charities and raising money through our Chamber Awards and other initiatives throughout the year. The Butterfly Hospice Trust wholeheartedly deserves this recognition. We’re excited to support and promote their incredible work.”

In response to the announcement, the charity’s CEO shared:

“The Butterfly Hospice Trust are honoured and proud to be awarded the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce Charity of the Year. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity, which will help us continue to best support our guests and their loved ones during the toughest of times.”

We look forward to a meaningful year ahead, working alongside The Butterfly Hospice Trust to raise awareness, encourage involvement, and deliver real impact across our Lincolnshire community.
