Who are HW Lincs? 

HWLincs is an independent charity, dedicated to amplifying public voice and influencing positive changes in health, care and wellbeing services. With over a decade of experience, HWLincs works with individuals, communities, organisations and businesses to gather insight, provide support, and improve outcomes for people. • The HWLincs team can collect and analyse community feedback to help businesses understand how people view their organisation or how the business could better support local needs. This kind of engagement helps businesses build trust and act in more socially responsive ways.  

• In some cases, groups of companies have come together to jointly fund a local health or wellbeing programme, enabling them to address community challenges while sharing the costs and benefits of a high-impact initiative. 

• At the core of HWLincs, we engage with people to understand their lived experience of accessing services. Where there are improvements needed or good practice to promote, we bring that to the attention of the NHS and Councils. Businesses can come together in a ‘Corporate Club’ to fund this work and receive updates on what their local place are experiencing, and report back that they are supporting people in their communities that need help and support. 

• HWLincs also welcomes support from professionals who want to offer their expertise to the charity or its partners, such as legal, HR, or marketing advice, providing further opportunities for companies to demonstrate meaningful contributions to the community.
