Read MoreBusiness growth and a recruitment drive have been the drivers of the relocation to larger premises in Lincoln by the HAIG Legal Group, according to property agents Eddisons and Pygott Crone who acted, jointly, for the landlord of the legal firm’s new premises at Pinnacle House on Doddington Road.
The HAIG Legal Group is one of the largest private client legal services providers in the UK – comprised of Simpler Law, Fidelis Legal Services and Northwood Banks & Co. The move to 14,832 sq ft of accommodation at Pinnacle House sees the Group consolidate its services from its previous Lincoln location at Low Moor Road and also Coventry Road in Birmingham, following a sustained period of growth.
A recruitment drive within all three companies of the Group will see a 17 per cent increase to the current headcount of 135 employees by the end of this year (2025). Relocation to Pinnacle House means the firm has 67 per cent more business space than previously, and also factors in for future growth.
Speaking about move to Pinnacle House, Andy Townsend, CEO of the HAIG Legal Group said, “When we were putting our latest plan for growth in place we recognised a need for larger premises. Our search for a suitable location has taken us 18 months and, ultimately, it was the need for space that led us to Pinnacle House.
“It’s a shame to leave our home of three years at Low Moor Road, but we are looking forward to many years of growth in our new offices.”
Will Wall of Eddisons’ Lincoln office on Westgate led the firm’s agency on Pinnacle House.
Commenting on the deal he said, “Pinnacle House is in a business quarter of Lincoln that is the city’s premier location for professional services, international technology and defence firms.
“It’s a location in which many businesses secure successful growth, so it’s fitting that the HAIG Legal Group has chosen to relocate there at this point in its expansion.”
Eddisons’ letting of the space at Pinnacle House to the HAIG Legal Group sees office suites starting from 2,500 sq ft remaining available to let in the building.
