Delta Simons, an environmental consultancy based in Lincoln, received the Client Advisor of the Year Award at the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2019. #LCPA
Lincolnshire has a lot of fantastic businesses in this industry and every year we shine a spotlight on those businesses doing outstanding things.
Delta Simons impressed the judges with their strong ethos of encouraging sustainable options in the construction industry.
Joanna Maplethorpe, Marketing Manager at Delta Simons said: “We specialise in health & safety and environmental and sustainability services, working on a range of premier commercial and residential developments.
“We have recently worked on a number of Greater Lincolnshire’s high-profile projects, and we are particularly proud of the relationships that we’ve built with our clients so felt it was the right time to showcase what we do during this golden era of development and investment into the county.”
The Client Advisor of the Year Award is given to the business who can provide their clients with innovative solutions that have a positive social and economic impact. One of Delta Simon’s recent projects includes The Parklands, a new residential community in the village of Sudbrook.
Joanna continues: “We provided ecological planning and design services, including arboricultural surveys, great crested newt surveys and translocations to a newly constructed pond feature. We also undertook geotechnical and contaminated land investigations on the award-winning Cornhill regeneration project for the Lincolnshire Co-Op via chartered surveyors Banks Long & Co.
“Winning the award was a huge achievement for the team and the clients that we have, and we are very proud to be part of transforming Greater Lincolnshire by supporting these key development projects.”
The next Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards will take place on 6th February 2020 at DoubleTree by Hilton in Lincoln, with entries for the eight award categories open until 25th November 2019.
The Client Advisor of the Year Award is now known as Consultancy of the Year. Anyone interested in entering can do so here.
