Understand Yourself & Others (SOLD OUT)

A FREE full-day workshop to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the differences between yourself and others.

This practical programme provides the foundation for a deep understanding of personal preferences and group interactions. It delivers a common language for recognising the range of interpersonal differences that shape us all as individuals. The programme can be used by individuals to help determine and understand work choices, how and why relationships operate the way they do, preferred communication styles and subtle differences in terms of thinking patterns. Throughout the workshop you will explore your own work approaches and acknowledge the impact of these preferences on the way you interact and engage with others. We will also share proven and reliable ways to understand variations of approach to strengthen relationships and help individuals and teams work with others more effectively.

• Acknowledge the impact of your own personality on the way you work.
• Identify, acknowledge and work with a range of alternative work preferences.
• Recognise key strengths and appreciate individual differences, gain insight into differences of approach.
• Develop a common language for understanding people and building greater levels of collaboration.
• Improve your communication skills and reduce any potential for unintended conflict.
• Apply new techniques to help you work effectively with opposite preferences to yourself.
• Use one of the world’s leading tools for assessing personality to extend your interpersonal awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Review the transferable skills associated with success in work to help achieve your long-term career plans.
• Receive a tailored personal development report to assist your own professional development and bolster your performance in role.

During the session, you will also be provided with a bound A5 copy of the Understanding Others Development Book, to support the application of learning back into your everyday life.
